Our Supported Living program operates 15 high-quality residences in neighborhoods throughout Lucas County.
ICF SERVICES
Our ICFs provide individualized healthcare and habilitation services that promote functional status and independence.
DAY SERVICES
Anne Grady’s Day Services allow individuals to participate in daily life through social, recreational, and vocational activities.
COMMUNITY TRANSIT SERVICES
CTS offers quality medical, non-medical, work, and school transportation to adults and children with varying ranges of disabilities.
THERAPY SERVICES
Our rehab philosophy is simple: Promote the highest quality of life possible personally and compassionately.
REMOTE SUPPORT
Our two-way remote support uses technology for real-time communication with offsite caregivers.
RESPITE CARE
Our Respite Care provides opportunities and care for individuals while their caregiver receives rest and peace of mind.
