Recruiting Specialist
Logs all applicants into the HRIS and tracks all application sources including referral sources as applicable. Interviews prospective hires, conducts all required background registry checks, completes tb testing, professional licenses, employment eligibility verifications. Works with department directors on placement of new hires and makes offers accordingly.
Requirements include: High School diploma/GED required and some college is preferred; some experience with recruitment and onboarding preferred; excellent organizational and communication skills required along with a customer service orientation; ability to learn and apply recruitment and onboarding processes; knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft XP and Excel and others as required; ability to maintain confidentiality.
QIDP/Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional
Coordinates and develops the service delivery system to meet the needs of individuals. Attends meetings/conferences and serves on various facility committees as assigned by the Director of Direct Support Services. Participates in management team and other assigned committees. Requirements are: Bachelor’s degree in related field ( LSW preferred); minimum of one (1) year of experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities; minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience.
Activities Specialist
Assists with the development and implementation of a wide range of leisurely activities in coordination with QIDP/home coordinators and other involved departments and staff within a designated budget meeting individual program needs. Requirements are: High School Diploma or GED required; experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
Direct Support Professional
Provide services to Children and Adults with intellectual disabilities by assisting with daily living skills at our base facility in Holland, OH. Openings are available on first, second, and third shifts, including every other weekend and holiday. Requirements are: High School Diploma or GED; ability to lift 50lbs.
Direct Care (SLA and HCW) – Community-Based Positions
Provide services to Children and Adults with intellectual disabilities by assisting with daily living skills at their homes located throughout Lucas County. Openings are available on second and third shifts, including every other weekend and holiday. Requirements are: High School Diploma; ability to lift 50lbs. These positions require an acceptable driving record and proof of insurance.
Home Coordinator
Provide leadership to Direct Care Staff by providing and coordinating delivery of services to Children and Adults with intellectual disabilities. This position is a full-time 1st and 2nd flex position with some on-call responsibilities. Requirements are: High School Diploma; ability to lift 50lbs; minimum one year experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities; an acceptable driving record and proof of insurance. Supervisory experience preferred.
Driver
Transport individuals with intellectual disabilities throughout the community. Part-time hours available. Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs; High School Diploma or GED; acceptable driving record; Ohio CDL, with passenger/school bus endorsement preferred but not required.
Wing Nurse
Carries out physician’s orders and Interdisciplinary Team directives. Provides general nursing care in accordance with Licensure, Medicaid and all other applicable regulations and requirements. Requires current Ohio license as a registered nurse or a licensed practical nurse with pharmacology. Experience working with individuals with MR/DD preferred. Prior nursing experience preferred.
Community Property Maintenance Worker II
Anne Grady Services is seeking a Community Property Maintenance Worker II, High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and repair small electrical appliances. Must possess basic carpentry, plumbing, heating/cooling unit repair and maintenance, and automotive repair, and have general knowledge of auto maintenance. Good driving record required. Must be able to work independently, perform assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner, and work under adverse weather conditions.
Employee Relations Coordinator
Oversees all retention strategies for new and current employees. These will include but are not limited to, employee onboarding and training experience, regular check ins with all new and current employees, educating employees about all benefits and resources available to them, helping leaders with managing performance, employee engagement initiatives, and employee development initiatives.
Requirements include: Minimum of two (2) years of HR/ Employee Relations experience in a social service or related organization; excellent organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills along with a customer service orientation; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred; knowledge of labor laws required and ability to learn Licensure regulations; ability to work well with others, must be able to act as liaison between staff and management; ability to work independently, motivate others, handle many tasks concurrently, and meet deadlines.
Facility Maintenance Coordinator
Manages all aspects of maintenance and upkeep of assigned facilities , ensuring all regulatory and operational needs are met timely and efficiently. Must be able to oversee and provide hands on support to the direct report team, the completion of projects such as leaking sinks, clogged toilets, flooring, painting, basic servicing and repairs of heating/cooling units, minor automotive repairs and maintenance, lighting, furniture, and minor structural repairs. Maintain workflow and records of all maintenance requests and associated expenses. Ensure snow removal and grounds maintenance is kept up on as needed. Ensure properties are safe of hazardous potentials for residents, staff, and visitors.
Requirements include: Experience with facility maintenance; high school graduate or GED preferred; ability to understand, read, and write; ability to perform basic maintenance tasks; ability to perform basic plumbing skills; ability to perform basic servicing and repairs of heating/cooling units; ability to make minor automotive repairs and have general knowledge of auto maintenance; good driving record required; ability to perform basic carpentry skills; ability to repair small electrical appliances; ability to work independently and perform assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner; ability to work under adverse weather conditions; ability to push, pull, bend, sit, and stoop for extended periods of time; ability to problem solve; ability to lift 50 pounds; ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
