Senior Accountant
Anne Grady Services has an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our team, as a Senior Accountant. This role will be responsible for day-to-day accounting to include but not limited to, managing accounts payable, monitoring accounts receivable, executing quality control procedures, support payroll processes, conduct regular audits, and prepare various reports as assigned.
Occupational Therapist
Join the Anne Grady Services team in the role of Occupational Therapist. You will provides occupational therapy services as directed by individual interdisciplinary team and supervise COTAs in the provision of occupational therapy services as directed by individual interdisciplinary teams.
Community Residence Nurse (2 Openings)
You will play a vital role in providing nursing care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD) within our community residences. Your responsibilities will include implementing physician’s orders, providing general nursing care, and ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care in a safe and supportive environment.
Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP)

Activities Specialist (3 Openings)
Anne Grady Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Activities Specialists. As an Activities Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals build meaningful lives through engaging activities and community participation.
Physical Therapist
Provides or arranges physical therapy services as requested by individual interdisciplinary team; supervises LPTAs in the provision of physical therapy services and related duties; evaluates individuals in physical therapy areas annually or as needed and provides written status reports.
Direct Care Supervisor-Home Coordinator

Physical Therapy Assistant
Are you a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant looking to work with an experienced and supportive Physical Therapy team while making a meaningful impact? Anne Grady Services, a private, not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing the highest-quality care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, is expanding its team and adding aquatic therapy as a resource to support the therapeutic goals of our individuals.
Human Resources Manager
Oversees all recruitment and retention efforts including comprehensive onboarding and performance management efforts. Ensures job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Dietary Aide
Serves meals for individuals living at the Center and staff, and pack lunches for school and day programming. Labels and dates as food as required. Maintains a clean, orderly, and sanitary kitchen. Takes temperatures of individuals’ food, freezer, refrigerator, and records temperatures.
Direct Support Professional
Provide services to Children and Adults with intellectual disabilities by assisting with daily living skills at our base facility in Holland, OH. Openings are available on first, second, and third shifts, including every other weekend and holiday.
Direct Care (SLA and HCW) – Community-Based Positions
Provide services to Children and Adults with intellectual disabilities by assisting with daily living skills at their homes located throughout Lucas County. Openings are available on second and third shifts, including every other weekend and holiday.
