Overview
Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, networks, and software applications. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills to effectively assist users with their IT needs.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in IT required with a preference in IT specific training; exceptional problem solving, communication, and customer service skills required; understanding of Apple IOS, Android and Windows mobile devices.
Normal Working Hours and Schedule: Full-time.
