Overview

Anne Grady Services is seeking a Community Property Maintenance Worker II, High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and repair small electrical appliances.

Requirements: Must possess basic carpentry, plumbing, heating/cooling unit repair and maintenance, and automotive repair, and have general knowledge of auto maintenance. Good driving record required. Must be able to work independently, perform assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner, and work under adverse weather conditions.

Normal Working Hours and Schedule: As assigned.
