Coordinate and develop individualized service delivery plans. Lead team meetings, ensure active treatment and comply with the Medicaid and Licensure standards. Direct Care Supervisor-Home Coordinator
Anne Grady is currently hiring a 2nd Shift FT Home Coordinator. Now offering up to $1,250 in sign-on bonus! If you have a passion for managing, inspiring, and developing direct care workers to provide compassionate, quality care to individuals with disabilities, then we have the position for you.
Direct Support Professional
Provide services to Children and Adults with intellectual disabilities by assisting with daily living skills at our base facility in Holland, OH. Openings are available on second and third shifts, including every other weekend and holiday.
Direct Care (SLA and HCW) – Community-Based Positions
Provide services to Children and Adults with intellectual disabilities by assisting with daily living skills at their homes located throughout Lucas County. Openings are available on second and third shifts, including every other weekend and holiday.
Cook/Dietary Aide
Prepares, cooks, and serves meals for individuals residing at our base facility and staff, ability to prepare large quantities of food, ability to work under time constraints. Hours fall between 5:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. every other weekend and every other holiday. Full-time and part time openings available. Cooking experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Property Maintenance Worker I
Anne Grady Services is seeking a dependable and skilled Property Maintenance Worker I to support the upkeep and safe operation of our facilities. This role is vital to ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment across all Anne Grady locations.
