Supported Living allows us to provide choices, encourage independence, and offer appropriate assistance to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Anne Grady’s Supported Living services range from basic in-home aid to 24-hour supervision.

Our ICFs provide individualized healthcare and habilitation services that promote functional status and independence.

Anne Grady Adult Day Services has three locations, offering a variety of activities, including educational opportunities, leisure-skill pursuits, daily living-skill development, occupational employment, and vocational training.

Anne Grady Services provides reliable respite care in a home setting, allowing caregivers to attend to their other responsibilities while knowing their loved one is being provided the highest quality care possible.

Remote Support is a two-way assistance system that uses real-time communication—such as sensors, cameras, and other technology—to connect with an offsite caregiver. The service is valuable when hands-on caregiving is not required, including cooking safety, overnight support, medication adherence, fall detection, visitor monitoring, and more. Whenever a need arises, the remote caregiver responds.

CTS is the transportation unit of Anne Grady Services. Our extensive fleet includes large shuttle buses and small transit vehicles—allowing CTS to customize transportation to meet your needs. From groups heading to work or on an outing to an individual visiting a doctor’s office, we’ll get you where you’re going. Services are available from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 362 days a year.
