Anne Grady Services and Courageous Community Services Announce Strategic Alliance

Expanding opportunities while preserving what matters most.

Anne Grady Corporation (AGC) and Courageous Community Services (CCS) have announced a strategic alliance that builds on organizational strength, expands services and preserves the legacy of both organizations. Effective Feb. 1, 2026, CCS will become an affiliate of AGC while maintaining its mission, identity and programs. The organizations will operate under a shared board of directors.

This alliance brings together two mission-driven nonprofits with a shared commitment to dignity, inclusion and high-quality support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.

What This Means for Anne Grady Corporation

● Expanded continuum of care: The alliance creates new opportunities for individuals supported by AGC to access outdoor recreation, community engagement and enriching experiences.

● Mission alignment: CCS shares AGC’s values and commitment to dignity, respect and inclusion.

● Shared governance: AGC and CCS will operate under a shared board of directors, strengthening alignment, accountability and long-term strategic planning.

● There are no changes to AGC programs, staffing or services.

Why This Partnership Matters

Since 1982, Anne Grady Corporation has supported individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through residential, vocational and community-based services. For more than 60 years, CCS has provided inclusive outdoor recreation and community programming. This alliance honors both legacies while strengthening long-term sustainability and expanding what’s possible for the individuals and families served by both organizations.

Looking Ahead

Future opportunities made possible through the alliance may include new ways to expand experiences, enhance facilities and deepen community connections, all in support of individuals and families served by both organizations.
