Responsibilities:
- Ensures Health Services support of habilitation services and coordinates service delivery.
- Ensures compliance with Medicaid, Licensure, Waiver, /DODD and all other regulatory standards.
- Performs all applicable duties within the scope of Registered Nurse license.
- Provides clinical guidance to the health services team, ensuring consistency in quality care for individuals served.
- Promotes the principle of active treatment, normalization, autonomy, and self-determination.
- Supports the well being of the ICF-Group Home individuals at the Community Day/Trade Day Programs.
Requirements:
- Current Ohio nursing license
- BLS CPR certification
