Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 – 2 years of Experience working with people with disabilities in a direct care environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for developing others
Preferred Requirements:
- Training & Development Experience
- CPR/FIRST Aid Trainer and Med Administration Certificate
- Computer/Tech Savvy – Ability to learn new systems
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on training and mentorship to new direct care staff
- Ensure ongoing support for safe and quality care
- Complete training-related documentation and maintain records on SkyPrep
- Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs
- Serve as a Certified American Heart Association CPR Instructor
- Represent Anne Grady professionally with a positive mindset
