Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1 – 2 years of Experience working with people with disabilities in a direct care environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for developing others

Preferred Requirements:

  • Training & Development Experience
  • CPR/FIRST Aid Trainer and Med Administration Certificate
  • Computer/Tech Savvy – Ability to learn new systems

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on training and mentorship to new direct care staff
  • Ensure ongoing support for safe and quality care
  • Complete training-related documentation and maintain records on SkyPrep
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs
  • Serve as a Certified American Heart Association CPR Instructor
  • Represent Anne Grady professionally with a positive mindset
