Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse seeking a fulfilling leadership role? Anne Grady Corporation, a private, not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing the highest quality care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, is looking for an RN Clinical Manager to join our Health Services team.
Requirements:
Current Ohio RN license.
3+ years of nursing experience.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work.
Knowledge of Medicaid regulations.
Physical agility and lifting capability (50 pounds).
Fill in for on call as needed.
Preferred Requirements:
BSN preferred.
1+ year supervisory experience.
Experience with ID/DD individuals preferred.
Current CPR/First Aid training.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate health services at Anne Grady Services.
- Instruct courses in medication administration, BLS CPR, and staff training.
- Advocate for services and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Implement physician orders and ensure compliance.
- Promote active treatment, dignity, and independence.
- Supervise, evaluate, and discipline wing nurses.
- Oversee Medication Administration and health-related activities.
- Act as RN for clinical questions in the absence of the Health Services Director.
