Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse seeking a fulfilling leadership role? Anne Grady Corporation, a private, not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing the highest quality care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, is looking for an RN Clinical Manager to join our Health Services team.

Requirements:

  • Current Ohio RN license.
  • 5 years of human services experience.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid regulations.
  • Physical agility and lifting capability (50 pounds).
  • Fill in for on call as needed.

Preferred Requirements:

  • BSN preferred.
  • 5+ years of human services experience.
  • 1+ year supervisory experience.
  • Experience with ID/DD individuals preferred.
  • Current CPR/First Aid training.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and oversees all health services for individuals living at Anne Grady Services.
  • Ensures compliance with Medicaid, Licensure, Waiver, /DODD and all other regulatory standards.
  • May participate and prepare for Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, physician rounds, health services consultations, and psychotropic medication reviews for individuals living at Anne Grady Services.
  • Provides clinical guidance to the health services team, ensuring consistency in quality care for individuals served.
  • Promotes the principle of active treatment, normalization, autonomy, and self-determination.
  • Advocates for services for individuals residing, or attending Anne Grady Services.
  • Provides on-call nursing consultation to nursing staff for Nurse Practice issues and administrative concerns.
