Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse seeking a fulfilling leadership role? Anne Grady Corporation, a private, not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing the highest quality care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, is looking for an RN Clinical Manager to join our Health Services team.
Requirements:
- Current Ohio RN license.
- 5 years of human services experience.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work.
- Knowledge of Medicaid regulations.
- Physical agility and lifting capability (50 pounds).
- Fill in for on call as needed.
Preferred Requirements:
- BSN preferred.
- 5+ years of human services experience.
- 1+ year supervisory experience.
- Experience with ID/DD individuals preferred.
- Current CPR/First Aid training.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and oversees all health services for individuals living at Anne Grady Services.
- Ensures compliance with Medicaid, Licensure, Waiver, /DODD and all other regulatory standards.
- May participate and prepare for Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, physician rounds, health services consultations, and psychotropic medication reviews for individuals living at Anne Grady Services.
- Provides clinical guidance to the health services team, ensuring consistency in quality care for individuals served.
- Promotes the principle of active treatment, normalization, autonomy, and self-determination.
- Advocates for services for individuals residing, or attending Anne Grady Services.
- Provides on-call nursing consultation to nursing staff for Nurse Practice issues and administrative concerns.
