Requirements: High school graduate or GED. 1-2 years of experience working with people with disabilities in a direct care environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Passion for developing others. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Preferred Requirements: Training and development experience. CPR/FIRST Aid Trainer and Med Administraion Certificate. Computer/Tech savvy=ability to learn new systems.
Normal Working Hours and Schedule: As assigned.
