Overview
The Community Respite/Remote Supports Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery and coordination of community respite and remote support services for individuals with intellectual disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals with disabilities live more independent and fulfilling lives. Supervisory experience is required. Ensure the delivery of services outlined in Individual Support Plans (ISPs) for individuals receiving adult/child community respite and remote support services. Work closely with nursing teams to ensure health services are delivered as needed, in compliance with relevant regulations. Coordinate and manage schedules for community respite stays and remote monitoring services, ensuring adequate funding. Promote and market community respite and remote support services as needed.

Requirements: Minimum of one years’ experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities; bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
