Looking for a meaningful summer job that builds real-world experience? Courageous Community Services is hiring a Job Coach to support children and adults with disabilities in our inclusive summer camp program at Courageous Acres.
This is an entry-level, paid training role — ideal for college students or anyone interested in education, healthcare, social work, psychology, therapy, recreation or any other human services.
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct supervision and support in residential and day camp settings
- Assist campers with activities, social engagement, and daily living needs
- Support positive behavior and ensure safety at all times
- Work collaboratively with a team to create inclusive camp experiences

Document camper progress and attend required trainings

Transport individuals to worksites, activities, and community locations, ensuring all required documentation is completed.

Requirements
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check
