Looking for a meaningful summer job that builds real-world experience? Courageous Community Services is hiring Camp Counselors to support children and adults with disabilities in our inclusive summer camp program at Courageous Acres.
This is an entry-level, paid training role — ideal for college students or anyone interested in education, healthcare, social work, psychology, therapy, recreation or any other human services.
What You’ll Do

Provide direct supervision and support in residential and day camp settings

Assist campers with activities, social engagement, and daily living needs

Support positive behavior and ensure safety at all times

Work collaboratively with a team to create inclusive camp experiences

Document camper progress and attend required trainings

Transport individuals to worksites, activities, and community locations, ensuring all required documentation is completed.

Requirements

18+ years old

High school diploma or GED

Ability to pass a background check
