Overview
Anne Grady Services is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Development Manager to join our Development team. This role is instrumental in supporting the Director of Mission Advancement to drive strategic fundraising initiatives, donor and community engagement, event coordination, and internal team leadership. The Development Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting the growth and impact of our organization through effective communication, collaboration, and execution of development strategies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required; three to Five (3-5) years of combined experience in community engagement, donor relations, grant management, event coordination, volunteer programming, and social media, with additional supervisory experience.
Normal Working Hours and Schedule: Full-time flexible.
