Overview
Supervises supported living team leaders and supported living assistants. Provides training and in-servicing to all staff supervised in any related areas as assigned. On call 24/7 for all staffing needs for assigned teams or ensures adequate supervisory coverage is in place in the event of the SLC’s absence.
Requirements: Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with individuals with MR/DD preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of Medicaid regulations preferred. Knowledge of Anne Grady Corporation policies and procedures. Ability to motivate others.
Normal Working Hours and Schedule: Flexible.
