Anne Grady’s Supported Living Program…Promoting Independent Living
Anne Grady began providing Supported Living Services in 1991. We have a variety of residential settings for individuals to call their home. From licensed and community homes to apartments and in home care for individuals who reside with their families. Anne Grady’s Supported Living Program offers support, care and community integration to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
This program is funded through the Medicaid Individual Options and other waivers. The people served by Anne Grady are offered a wide range of service/support options. Each individual along with their ISP team is responsible for developing a program that fits their own unique desires and needs.
