At Anne Grady, we offer active treatment services in a home atmosphere.
Anne Grady Services has eight intermediate care facilities (ICFs). The main facility, Anne Grady Center, is a 53-bed ICF located on Eber Road in Holland, Ohio. The facility—positioned in a peaceful wooded setting—boasts a therapy pool, an activities center, a sensory room, seven homes, and a highly qualified staff.
Our other ICF homes are on Everwood Road, Eileen Road, Hill Avenue, South Avenue, Dorr Street, and Zone Avenue in Toledo, and on Eber Road in Holland. The seven homes combine to serve individuals with intellectual disabilities with the highest quality care possible.
